Pack Manager

The BARQ! Team is rapidly growing and with that comes lots of responsibilities. We are looking for someone to help us out managing the team members, internal systems and other HR related challenges.

You've got this

• You're a social creature and you like chatting with people and giving support
• You’re familiar with HR processes like onboarding, offboarding and organization management
• You’re good at keeping order in the chaos. Multiple parallel onboarding tracks, team restructurings and management systems don’t scare you

You get this

• You'll be part of the amazing BARQ! team. You'll get a blue border in the app and be listed on the BARQ! team page.
• You can decide when and how long you want to work. You're not tied to specific working days or hours. We only expect that you’re readily available to answer in the team chats and email

Commitment

• You'll need to sign an NDA for this position.
• While we understand that this is a volunteer position, we do expect you to be available for your team and director. You should be available to take on tasks on a regular basis.

How the interview process works

After you send in your application it will be reviewed by us. If we think you’d be a fit for our team we will reach out to you and plan an interview. You will be given a link where you are able to schedule a call whenever you are available.

After that will be a call where we will ask some questions about your experience and to see if you’ll fit in. Usual interview stuff.

After all interviews are held, and we have discussed with our team who will be best at this position, you’ll be onboarded.

If you don’t make it – don’t worry! There will be plenty of other volunteer openings soon in a variety of categories.
